The villa is located in the exclusive Sea Caves area of Coral Bay, about 15 minutes drive from the ancient city of Paphos and 5 minutes drive from the Coral Bay resort. In recent years the Coral Bay area, and Sea Caves in particular, has become the most sought after holiday destination in Cyprus. The villa is situated in a peaceful and tranquil location away from the main tourist areas and away any main roads, whilst at the same time the nearest shop and taverna are only a few minutes walk away. The main shops, restaurants and clubs of the Coral Bay resort are only 5 minutes drive away by car. The natural beauty of Cyprus is right outside the villa door, you can enjoy nature walks in nearby Lara Bay - the home of the endangered turtles coming to lay their eggs. Or explore the nearby Akamas peninsula, popular with nature lovers, artists, photographers, and bird watchers.

(2). Air-conditioned bedrooms, each with two single beds and ensuite bathroom (the upstairs bedroom also has a balcony).
(3). Large private swimming pool (10mx5m), with an outdoor shower, sun beds and umbrellas.
(4). Spacious air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for eight people, and a dining table with eight chairs; also includes satellite TV, radio, and a DVD player.
